Data Deletion Instructions
If you would like us to delete your personal data collected through our WhatsApp integration or related services, please send a request by email.

Please include the following in your request:
- Your full name
- Your phone number used in WhatsApp communication
- Any relevant booking, order, or reference details
- A clear statement that you want your personal data deleted
After we receive your request, we may contact you to verify your identity before processing the deletion.
We will review and process valid deletion requests within 7 business days, unless a longer retention period is required by law, tax, fraud prevention, security, or contractual obligations.
Data that may be deleted includes:
- WhatsApp conversation records
- Contact information associated with the conversation
- Related internal notes linked to the communication, where legally allowed
Some records may be retained where required for legal compliance, dispute resolution, security, accounting, or enforcement of our agreements.
